FREE SHIPPING POLICY
- We offer free shipping on web orders over $250; this applies to unprinted, stock items only.
- If you call to order customized packaging, shipping charges will apply.
- No other promotions can be used in conjunction with free shipping.
Delivery & Payment Terms
- Stock merchandise from our warehouse ships within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You can make payments online using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
- You can also apply for credit – payment terms are net 30 days with proper credit approval. Download the credit form here.
Pricing & Product
- We work hard to maintain pricing for extended periods and regret that some prices may change over time. These changes are usually driven by increased costs of raw materials. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Please note, because of the natural fiber content in some of our products, the shade of that product may vary from a similar item and the color might look different on your screen compared to the real thing. Feel free to contact us to receive a sample prior to placing your full order.
- There is a minimum order fee of $5.00 for all orders under $50.00.
Return of Merchandise
- Please contact our Customer Service Team (email@example.com or (888) 429-5673) for a return authorization number. All returns must be within 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise must be in original packaging in saleable condition. Customer is responsible for returned freight. Credit applies to merchandise only.
