After contacting other companies and not getting the results I hoped for, I contacted S. Walter Packaging. The receptionist transferred my call to Lorraine Nicolo. I asked her an array of questions about how to place my order and what was needed for me and how we could work together to achieve my goals. During the order process, she helped guide me and gave me tips on how to make my bags, hang tags, labels and tissue paper look elegant, classy and appealing to everyone of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. I can be very indecisive sometimes and Lorraine was very patient and kind with the last minute changes that I made to each product. I cannot describe my level of satisfaction from her caring customer service, wonderful attitude/personality. She went the extra mile to make sure my products turned out the way I envisioned them.
